Women leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State have pledged to mobilise 500,000 votes in support of President Bola Tinubu’s re-election campaign.
The commitment was made during a gathering of the party’s women stakeholders, where members reaffirmed their loyalty to the APC and expressed confidence in Tinubu’s leadership. They pledged to intensify grassroots mobilisation efforts across the state ahead of the next general election.
According to the women leaders, the target reflects their determination to contribute significantly to the party’s electoral success. They said they would engage women, youths, and community groups through voter education, mobilisation campaigns, and sustained political participation.
The group also highlighted the importance of unity within the party, urging members to remain committed to the APC’s objectives and work collectively toward securing victory at the polls.
Their declaration underscores the growing role of women in political mobilisation and campaign activities within the APC. The leaders maintained that their commitment demonstrates the confidence they have in President Tinubu’s administration and their readiness to support his re-election effort.
As political preparations continue, the Ondo APC women say they remain focused on translating their pledge into electoral support through coordinated grassroots engagement across the state.
