A former Director of the Department of State Services (DSS) has challenged Major Hamza Al-Mustapha (retd.), the former Chief Security Officer to late Head of State General Sani Abacha, to provide credible evidence to support his assertions regarding the circumstances surrounding Abacha’s death.
