The Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) has firmly denied allegations that former Kano State governor Rabiu Kwankwaso purchased 69 nomination forms in Kano, describing the claim as false, misleading, and without any factual basis.

In a statement addressing the reports, the party dismissed the allegation as a fabrication designed to create confusion and misrepresent the political activities of the former governor. According to the PRP, there is no truth whatsoever in the claim being circulated.

Party officials stressed that Kwankwaso did not engage in the purchase of multiple nomination forms as alleged, urging members of the public to disregard the reports and rely on verified information from credible sources.

The PRP maintained that transparency and integrity remain central to its political operations and decision-making processes. It noted that the spread of unverified claims has the potential to mislead the public and distort political discourse.

The party further emphasized the importance of responsible communication, especially during periods of heightened political activity when misinformation can easily gain traction among the electorate.

Kwankwaso, a prominent figure in Nigerian politics and a former governor of Kano State, continues to attract significant public attention due to his influence and involvement in national political affairs. As a result, reports concerning his political activities often generate widespread interest and debate.

Political observers note that allegations involving major political figures frequently become subjects of public discussion, making prompt clarifications from affected parties essential in maintaining accuracy and public confidence.

The PRP reiterated that no such transaction involving the purchase of 69 nomination forms took place and insisted that the narrative should be treated as unfounded speculation rather than established fact.

The party also called on supporters and stakeholders to remain focused on substantive political issues and avoid being distracted by reports that have not been independently verified.

As political activities continue to gather momentum across the country, the PRP says it remains committed to upholding truth, accountability, and transparency while protecting its members and associates from what it describes as false and misleading allegations.

The clarification is expected to put to rest ongoing speculation surrounding the claim, although political observers will continue to monitor developments and reactions from various stakeholders.
